NuMovement Nation was created to address the mental health issues that exist in Chicago as a result of the violence that plagues the city. NuMovement Nation aims to de-stigmatize seeking treatment for mental health while healing the mind, body, and soul of those affected by violence.
Our multifaceted approach to mental health treatment includes physical, nutritional and psychological work. The NuMovement Nation helps those who are within targeted communities that are subject to high rates of violent crime. These people are victims of violence (including violent actors), witnesses to violence, law enforcement, and emergency response personnel.
